AB's Useful Box - Creative ViBRA16C PnP

Had a few problems getting this card to work with Linux. Did get it working in the end.

Linux was auto detecting the card, but was not using the correct settings. Need to manually put setting in.

The card was actually a Creative Labs Sound Blaster 16 or AWE-32 P+P, see page for more details.
