CD-ROM mscdex.exe settings
ISP settings
Browser Proxy settings
Browser Favourites
Email
Any modem / network settings
Device drivers
Sotware list / audit
System boot disk with system utilities
Partition and format hard disk (FAT32)
Install Windows 95/98
Set Virtual Memory and locate on Cashe drive (E:)
Move "My Documents" folder to Data drive (D:)
Disable Windows boot screen, possibly through Tweak UI
If available install an "Un-install" software before any other applications
Setup and install all devices
 
Video Card
Monitor
Modem
Printer
Scanner
Install Software / Applications
Disable or change boot sequence from A: to C: drive
