There is danger at your door!

Lately we often read in the newspapers that thieves and robbers enter the homes of peaceful citizens and steal valuable items. These thieves, in the process of stealing, don’t even hesitate to kill someone. It is for this reason that people have now placed even more locks on their doors. These citizens have done well.

There are also another type of dangerous thieves who want to steal our valuable things.

These people appear at the doors of our homes and on the roads at malls. They are dressed well, with smiles on their faces, well groomed and full of politeness. They are dressed in “sheep clothes”.

These people also want to enter our homes to steal our valuable spiritual belongings, in other words to demolish our Faith in Christ and our love for our home country Greece.

These people are heretics and they are the so-called “Jehovah’s Witnesses.”

These people are sent from a multi-national company of Brooklyn in America. They are people from the company of the false prophets, the Chiliasts (a sect believing in the millennium of Chist), and they have written in their books the following things insulting the holy and sacred things of the land of Greece.

• “The civilisation of education of Greece has done absolutely nothing to help the human race and to improve its situation.” (Chiliast periodical, «Η Σκοπιά» 1953, page 310)
• “The ecclesiastical system, Catholic, Protestant and Orthodox, remain under the supervision of the devil.” (Chiliast Greek book «Απελευθέρωσις» page 244)
• “The law of a nation or government which forces the child of God to salute a national flag, forces that person to salute the devil.” (Chiliast book «Σωτηρία» page 276)

The Jehovah’s Witnesses are false prophets. This is proven by their own books and periodicals, where they wrote the following:

• “All of the governments of the nations must be overthrown by the end of 1914.” (Chiliast book «Ο καιρός εστιν εγγύς» page 277) This was a false prophecy because it did not eventuate.
• “The end of the evil world will occur in 1914.” (Chiliast book «Χαραυγή της χιλιετηρίδος» vol 2, page 114) This did not eventuate.
• “The end of the evil world will occur straight after 1918.” (Chiliast periodical «Η Σκοπιά» 1/1/1915, page 11) More lies.
• “The end of the evil world will occur in 1925.” (Chiliast book «Εκατομμύρια ζώντων ήδη ουδέποτε θα αποθάνωσιν» page 77, 85, 100) Again more lies.
• “The end of the evil world will occur in 1931.” (Chiliast book «Το Τετελεσμένον Μυστήριον» page 719) This also did not come true.
• “The end of the evil world will occur in 1975.” (Chiliast periodical «Η Σκοπιά» 1970, page 464-465). They were laughed at.

With these false prophecies in mind, we can see that the Jehovah’s Witnesses continually make prophesies and are continually proven liars and yet they remain unrepentant.

We must have the following in mind when these people knock at our door?

• We must not let their smiles and kindness deceive us. These qualities are not genuine, they do not come from their hearts. This is in appearance only and is hypocrisy as they are taught to do this at their schools. Do not be deceived by the tricks of the Chiliasts.
• Do not be deceived by their quotations from the Holy Bible. The most important book for them is not the Holy Bible but the periodical «Η Σκοπιά» with which they misinterpret the Holy Bible.

This is what is printed in their own writings:

• “The weekly study of the periodical «Η Σκοπιά» is the most important gathering of the church (of the Chiliasts)” (Chiliast book «… Λύχνος …» page 44)
• “Our faith is so strong that we must risk being hung in order to obtain the latest copy of the periodical «Η Σκοπιά».” (Chiliast periodical «Η Σκοπιά» 1963, page 691)

If you can, please help the Chiliasts from hanging themselves if they can’t get a copy of their periodical by doing the following:

• Do not buy any of their periodicals. Do not give one cent to the fund of this multi-national company in Brooklyn.
• Do not accept anything from them, neither money nor gifts.
• Do not start a conversation with them, if you do you will be wasting your time. If you show interest in them, they will record your name and they will visit you again.
• Close your door to all the heretics. Close your door with kindness but also with strictness.

The best way to confront the Chiliast however is to study the Holy Bible (both the Old and New Testaments) everyday and with an Orthodox Christian frame of mind. This God-inspired book will help you to:

• not become subject to the commands of strange and cunning teachings.
• protect your valuable faith in Christ.

Listen to the command of our Lord Jesus Christ, “Beware of false-prophets” (Matt 7:15). Stay away from the false teachers and from the wolves, who are dressed in sheep’s clothes to destroy the sheep of Jesus Christ.

Remain faithful to the Faith of our fathers.
