Events & Activities
On the 24th December 2003, Christmas Eve, the
members of our Choir sang the traditional Christmas Kalanda in both Greek and
English.
Christmas messages and blessings were given by Fr Iakovos, Mr Leon Tsongas,
President of our Community and Mr Jim Kakavas, President of our Youth
Association.
All enjoyed the spiritual atmosphere generated by the evening as it helped us to focus on the great event of the Nativity of Christ.
On the 3rd February 2004, our Youth Association began the new year in the Multi-Purpose Hall of our Community. Fr Iakovos began the evening with an Agiasmos service and a short message.
Pizzas, refreshments, coffee and cakes were served and members of our Youth Association enjoyed the remaining part of the evening socialising amongst themselves.
